You will come away from the retreat with a daily meditation practice you can take with you in your everyday life. You also receive the option of meditation coaching to help you integrate your experiences and achieve your most important life goals.
Learn Meditation Effortlessly through Relaxation
- 30 minute private exploratory session for each member of your group before the retreat.
- 2 – 4 hours of meditation training and practice per day, meeting 2x/day. Sessions include movement, guided meditation and leadership coaching. Movement exercises may include stretching, restorative yoga & energy enhancement practices, such as Qigong.
- A 60 minute private online Executive coaching session after the retreat to integrate your learnings and personal practice
- 20 minute, personalized recorded audio meditation.
- Bodywork (massage), essential oils, light therapeutic touch, are highly suggested as part of this executives retreat experience.
