RESILIENCE RETREATS are held in the Pacific Northwest, offering you the chance to reconnect with nature.
The program is structured around a series of workshops and activities designed to promote stress relief, resilience, and mindfulness. These may include guided meditation sessions, nature walks, and stress management workshops.

I’m an Executive Meditation Coach
As an executive coach with expertise in creating custom experiences, my focus is on providing unique relaxation and stress-relief techniques that are tailored specifically for leaders. Drawing on my background as a VP on Wall Street, I understand firsthand the challenges and pressures of high-stakes environments.
