In a busy, chaotic world, we could all use more downtime. How can we remind ourselves to make it a priority to become centered? How can we learn to maintain that inner-calm throughout the day?
We aim to provide this space through our intensive LIBERATE training, but we’re also launching a FREE meditation offering this month for you to join us in the practice of peace.
One of the best ways to make peace a priority is to practice relaxation every day. When I first started learning how to meditate, I was uptight. I wanted to sit “the right way,” with my back straight, my shoulders even, and my head perfectly balanced on top of my spine.
Little did I know how much tension I was holding through my whole body in my quest to uphold the best sitting position.
I was so focused on the external, I forgot about the internal. It wasn’t until I discovered the natural power of relaxation did I learn how to finally let go in meditation. I discovered this when I was alone. That’s when I felt safe enough to let it all go and just be myself.
Relaxation is a skill that I feel is sometimes overlooked and needs to be developed for any serious practitioner. If you’d like to learn more and cultivate this skill, read on below.

We invite you to join us for a unique online retreat that begins on August 12th, where you’ll receive one highly produced nature video, meditation instruction + guided meditation every day for 21 days.
This retreat is specially designed for beginners and is open to everyone to join for FREE (for a limited time). We want to offer this course to people who are seeking to establish a personal practice.
It is also our “basecamp teacher training” to help our fellow LIBERATE meditators prepare for their 12-week training, a way to cleanse and detox ahead of their intensive.
The online retreat is a fun, guided experience that allows you to deepen your own practice while understanding the basis of preparing for meditation.
It also includes LIVE events each week including Q&A and free meditation coaching via zoom.
Each day for the first 7 days, you receive a 5-minute tutorial, followed by 10 minutes the 2nd week and 20 minutes the third week.
