Kelsey is a meditation instructor in downtown Chicago. She is experienced in creating a space for a wide variety of people to slow down and reflect on their busy lives. When we purposefully pay attention to the present moment, we are able to tune into the subtle energy of our minds, bodies, and the world around us. This practice will invite you to explore your deep connection to the natural world, other people, and yourself.
