As a yoga instructor, she also leads regularly internationally retreats. In her book: “Yin is the New Black-how to get rid of imbalances in life” she explains her life change from fear to freedom and the yin approach of healing. With her meditations, she wants to create clarity, release self-doubt, increase confidence so you gain freedom in all areas of your life and in your heart.
