Meditating with Intention

What do you really want? Many people don’t give themselves full permission to harness and own their true desires. Whether it’s fear of selfishness or egoism in pursuit of their innate passions, we tend to push our own pristine vision of what we truly want out of the way.

Meditation is key for identifying, contemplating, and understanding what we really want. It’s difficult to absorb new information when we’re stressed and tense. Opening our minds in a relaxing and free way allows the truth to flow in.  We become receptive and have an opportunity to tap into our inner knowing.

The practice of visualization allows our desires to come to the forefront. Learning how to channel our intense desire, while paradoxically letting go and deeply surrendering, can help us to enjoy the miraculous nature of creation.
