A good leader practices strong boundaries. Would you ever think about casually busting into your boss’s office at any time of the day? No. You’d probably have to get through a strong willed secretary to make an appointment first. Leaders value their time and energy, and it causes other people to value their time as well.
Our time and energy are precious. We must learn to take care of it so that we can be our best for ourselves and others. Boundaries help us create that space we need to grow and flourish.
