Whenever we face problems or obstacles, life becomes very tight. There is very little space. We hold onto beliefs, judgments, and ego’s need to be right, & defensive. It takes alot of energy to hold on.
When this happens, take time to pause and invite space in. Allow there to be breathing room in your thoughts and perspective. Take a walk, jump in the ocean, look out over a large vista. You can even get a massage to create extra room in the body. Anything that allows you to experience more space within your being.
With a sense of space, you allow grace to flow through you and naturally shift the energy of any situation.
Can you allow the space for all there is to exist as it is?
