If you haven’t noticed, we’re in intense times. The world is in a panic about the coronavirus. The air is politically charged, the stock market is highly volatile and worldwide travel is at a standstill. Worse than any virus, the fear is spreading everywhere.
This is creating stress, uncertainty, and instability, not just in our wider community, but in our personal lives. Many people are facing serious conflict. Anyone who is sensitive or empathetic is likely to feel the global sense of pressure and anxiety.
Due to the shift in energy consciousness, there is a great deal of negativity rising to the surface. When someone isn’t self-aware, they project that darkness outward. This is why it’s important to stay centered and not get entangled or lose your energy in stressful situations.
We need more than mindfulness practices, we are all being called to take our practice to a whole new level that includes spiritual warriorship.
We need to learn how to take our meditation practice OFF the cushion and into the densest, most intense parts of our world that aren’t peaceful or connected.
This includes places like business, media, politics and toxic leadership.
We can learn to become immune to the negativity and fear in our collective consciousness by developing a strong energetic practice.
