When something feels too hard in my life, I know it’s a red flag. Why? Because I know we’re not meant to live in a state of stress and effort. There’s a difference between being challenged, and wasting our precious life force energy. When we live in too much “hard” energy, it throws us off balance. It lets us know that we’re no longer in flow.
Our natural state is buoyancy, freedom and health. What can we do to cultivate that? In the audio video below, I share a few tips about what you can do when you feel that something is too hard or stressful. You can learn how to shift, process and take action on energy that feels heavy or draining in your life. When relationships and situations feel too heavy, usually it means that’s not in alignment with your life and who you are.
